Ingredients:

- 2 apples
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup apple juice (fresh/canned optional)

Peel, core, and chop apples.
Hold apples in about 400-500 ml water and 1 teaspoon vinegar.
Drain apples and mix with the following:

Bring to boil and simmer until apples are soft.

Remove bone and fat from pork chops (optional)
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in pan and fry.
Cut pork into strips and serve with apple sauce.
