Microwave Banana Bread (w/o flour)



Ingredients:
2 pcs. medium bananas
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup fiber rich cereal (own choice)
1/4 cup chocolate powder
1 medium egg

To do:
Mash 2 pcs. medium bananas in a bowl.
Mix 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/4 cup chocolate powder, and egg with mashed bananas.
Crush cereal and add in.
Heat mix in the microwave for 2 minutes.

(Mix can also be cooked as a pancake)

Ground Beef with Tofu and Malunggay in Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 medium red onion
1 small garlic
1/4 kilo ground beef
1-2 cups malunggay leaves
2 cups water
(to taste:)
Salt and pepper
Sugar
Chilly

To do:
Sauté minced garlic and sliced onion.
Mix ground beef until half cooked. (salt and pepper to taste)
Add crushed tomato and tomato paste.
Add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.
Slice soft tofu and add in.
Add 1-2 cups malunggay leaves and leave on low heat for 10-15 min.
Add in chilly and sugar depending on preferred level of spiciness/sweetness.

Cookie In A Mug (Mars Chocolate Cookie)

One minute cookie! Yumm. ;-)



Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 drops vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/4 bite size mars chocolate chopped

Mix it all up and heat in a microwave for 1 minute (time varies.)
