Orange Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 kilo chicken fillets, cut into strips

Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (squeezed from about 2 oranges)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
To do:
Mix 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Cover chicken fillet strips with above mix and fry.
On a separate pan, mix sauce ingredients in low heat until the sauce thickens. Add some water if the sauce is too thick.
Once sauce is thick enough, mix fried chicken fillet in sauce. Let simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
