Spicy Ground Pork with Basil, Potato Chips and Cucumber

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kilo ground pork
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1 small red chilly or 1 large green chilly
  • 1 teaspoon chilly oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilly paste (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 cucumber (optional)
To do:
  • Mince garlic, onion, and 1 medium red chilly/1 large green chilly and fry only until garlic is slightly brown.
  • Put in 1/2 kilo ground pork, 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup basil leaves, and 1/2 tablespoon chilly paste (optional.)
  • Continue slight mixing on medium heat, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once cooked, set aside.
  • Slice 1 large potato into thin chips.
  • Add salt and pepper to potato chips and deep fry.
  • Mince cucumber and mix with ground pork to add crunch, or slice into chips. (optional)
  • Serve potato chips (and cucumber) with spicy ground pork.
