Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo ground pork
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1 small red chilly or 1 large green chilly
- 1 teaspoon chilly oil
- 1/2 tablespoon chilly paste (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large potato
- 1 cucumber (optional)

- Mince garlic, onion, and 1 medium red chilly/1 large green chilly and fry only until garlic is slightly brown.
- Put in 1/2 kilo ground pork, 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup basil leaves, and 1/2 tablespoon chilly paste (optional.)
- Continue slight mixing on medium heat, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Once cooked, set aside.
- Slice 1 large potato into thin chips.
- Add salt and pepper to potato chips and deep fry.
- Mince cucumber and mix with ground pork to add crunch, or slice into chips. (optional)
- Serve potato chips (and cucumber) with spicy ground pork.
