What you will need:
Barbecue Sauce (click here for homemade barbecue sauce.)
3 pcs chicken breast fillet
800 ml water
vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
chilly flakes
What you'll do:
- Prepare barbecue sauce and add chilly flakes as desired level of hotness. ;)
- Slice chicken into 4-5 pieces each.
- Boil chicken under low heat on 800 ml water until desired tenderness is achieved. While boiling, mix 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
- Drain chicken.
- Brush nonstick pan with vegetable oil or any preferred oil
- Under medium heat, place chicken on pan and brush with barbecue sauce.
